- Understand and analyze existing business processes, identify opportunities of growth on both the company and customers, develop and propose appropriate solutions to improve process efficiency and business effectiveness, productivity
- Find repeated issues or pain points, to set opportunity to make project regardless of area (Project could be any area including sales, marketing, retail, finance, online, logistics, customer service, etc.)
- Plan, manage, execute projects following solid project management methodology to implement and enhance business competitiveness, and ensure project completion on time, within scope and within budget if any
- Communicate and present project cases to regional and global teams
- Work and coordinate with global and regional offshore support and resolve issues in a timely and quick manner to minimize business impact.
- Develop and manage good relationships with all stakeholders, establish and maintain relationships with customers.
