Innovation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze existing business processes, identify opportunities of growth on both the company and customers, develop and propose appropriate solutions to improve process efficiency and business effectiveness, productivity
  • Find repeated issues or pain points, to set opportunity to make project regardless of area (Project could be any area including sales, marketing, retail, finance, online, logistics, customer service, etc.)
  • Plan, manage, execute projects following solid project management methodology to implement and enhance business competitiveness, and ensure project completion on time, within scope and within budget if any
  • Communicate and present project cases to regional and global teams
  • Work and coordinate with global and regional offshore support and resolve issues in a timely and quick manner to minimize business impact.
  • Develop and manage good relationships with all stakeholders, establish and maintain relationships with customers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above: Business Administration, Computer Science majors preferred
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus
  • Minimum 7 years of industry experience, including such areas as project management, enablement, sales operations, or business analysis
  • Experience with combined exposure to consulting and/or project management in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong business analytical skills and working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel with Pivot Tables, Tableau
  • Ability to take strategic goals and concepts and developing into structured plans, actions and measurable metrics, experience executing plans to deliver results
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively and deal with ambiguity
  • Solid time-management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to carry out multiple projects simultaneously
  • Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including in English, are a must
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new methodologies and learn quickly
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skill
