Manage Server

  • Monitor the status of the server
  • Create new user, new folder, grant user right to use

Mange computer

  • Install new hardware for new users for expansion purpose
  • Check and uninstall new hardware
  • Contact the seller to fix the bug in the hardware
  • Check all hardware of your computer, network hardware, media, peripherals for updates in device testing reports.
  • Maintenance  computer hardware

Manage mail system: Create new email on outlook for new employees

Manage phone system

  • Monitoring the status of PABX system, Voice Mail, installation telephone system, telephone line for the purpose of expansion and upgrading.
  • Manage, create new phone number, account code

Manage camera system

  • Carry out activities related to the camera system and the bell system
  • Monitor the status of camera system, timer bell

Manage network

  • Monitor the status of ADSL network connection
  • Monitor the connection status and repair the entire LAN connection when it fault.
  • Contact your supplier to repair the WAN connection
  • Responsible for the equipment or modules required for MIS
  • Research and installation of new network equipment to expand and upgrade
  • Set up necessary website access to suit the user’s work requirements
  • Internet connection for customers

Manage office equipment: printer, fax, photocopy, projector

Support user

  • Coordinate with the user to ensure that the hardware and software work under the best conditions to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Responsible for coordinating and training users on new systems in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Instruct the user how to use the software and fix the problem
  • Virus scan of the user’s computer
  • Guided mail users reasonable to avoid the occurrence of errors.
  • Remember user requirements to find new application software to improve your work

Other: Perform other tasks as required by the superior

Education/ Major:  Diploma or above in IT

Ability/ Skill:  Communication skill, teamwork, troubleshooting, customer service

Experience:  More than 1 years

Language:  Communication of English
