Human resources are invaluable and need to be exploited most effectively for the development of a factory.

Here in SPT, we develop training programs for new workers and improve skills and always recognize the efforts of individuals who have improved their sewing skills before putting on a sewing line.

In March 2019, we had the honour of welcoming 17 employees to graduate from basic sewing training courses and put into sewing lines to serve the production.
