Long-service awards are considered one of the most important forms of recognition to reward the employee for loyalty to the factory.
Here in SPT, WE VALUE employee’s contribution to the accomplishment of work goals, building successful relationships with other employees, a commitment to developing and maintaining the desired workplace culture, and a commitment to the creation of an environment that helps employees grow and succeed.
On July 20th, 2019, 26 employees who have received an award for 15 years’ service, 41 employees for ten years’ service, and 106 employees for five years’ service.
