The 6S reward program for sewing lines was launched to raise the awareness of 6S implementation, contributing to improving the working environment and improving productivity for the company.

Every day, the IA department will go to check and finalize at the end of the month, help find the 2 lines with the highest 6S points and reward.
The value of each prize includes cash of VND 1.000.000 for the first-ranked line, reward flag and VND 500.000 for the second-ranked line.
This policy has been bringing positive effects on the sewing line and is expected to expand throughout the factory to raise employees’ awareness about the better 6S in the future.
