At work, solidarity and mutual support are important. A strong team is the one which requires great solidarity, sharing and assistance. It is very necessary to organize the activities to strengthen solidarity among members of the company.

At SNP, the Fellowship program is held every year as a party for the members of the company. It is a chance for all employees to have dinner together in a warm space full of love. Here, everybody has the opportunity to talk and share more working experience with their colleagues.
