Direct Superior will choose the best contributors (Based on The best contributors Criteria) and give the best contributors 2 recognition cards:

• 1 recognition card will be put on the Appreciation Board
• 1 recognition card will be kept by the best contributors to participate in the best employees program.

Board of Directors will give the voucher for The best contributors every week.
