Export Staff

Process and Procedures

  • Follow internal control policy to ensure smooth and effeective shipping process
  • Assist shipping manager with overseeing the export processing in compliance with local & buyer regulations

Import Activities

  • Export and import shipment schedule monitoring and expense control
  • Prepare documents and coordinate with PPIC/logistic/accounting department for finished goods export
  • Prepare documents and coordinate with warehouse/purchasing/VMD/accounting department for goods imports
  • Coordinate with FWD for vessel booking on oversea deliveries
  • Coordinate with carrier for clearance on oversea deliveries
  • Assist processor in solving the local custom issues

ERP Optimization

  • ERP implemented for all shipping export and import process
  • Data alignment between SCI ERP and buyer system to ensure on-time shipment and A/R collection
  • Data alignment between SCI ERP and local custom system ECUS
  • Monthly import review and material liquidation report review with shipping manager – Monthly export review and consumption report review with shipping manager

Others

  • Projects as assigned
  • Quick response to inquiries and escalation on priority cases

Education/ Major: College

Ability/ Skill:  Judgments skills, communications skills, problem solving skills

Experience:  1+ years of related experience is plus

Language:  Intermediate English

Computer: Microsoft office skill
