JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Implements, monitor, and evaluate the style changeover process; ensure all technical standards and specifications are strictly followed
• Instructs operators during operations; ensures operators follow the accurate operation and achieve quality standards
• Assist line leader and fellow operators in case of technical problems
• Actively participate in company’s drive for Continuous Improvement
• Performs other functions that may be assigned for the achievement of the department and company goals

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High school/vocational school graduate in Industrial
• One year in technical functions
• Knowledge in sewing techniques
• Excellent sewing skills
• Hardworking and good communication
• Teaching and training skills
