I> JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
+Take note of buyers’ instructions/requirements about shipments. – Ghi chú hướng dẫn và yêu cầu của khách hàng về giao hàng.
+Collect packing list from logistics, update GW, NW, CBM, etc. – Lấy danh sách đóng gói từ kho thành phẩm, cập nhập Gross Weight, Net weight, CBM
+Follow up shipping schedule to prepare shipping document and book shipments; ensure to book shipments following shipping instruction and FWD’s requirements – Theo dõi lịch xuất hàng để chuẩn bị chứng từ và tiến hành đặt tàu, đảm bảo đặt tàu theo hướng dẫn và yêu cầu của đơn vị giao nhận.
+Follow up shipping schedule to prepare shipping document and book shipments; ensure to book shipments following shipping instruction and FWD’s requirements – Theo dõi lịch xuất hàng để chuẩn bị chứng từ và tiến hành đặt tàu, đảm bảo đặt tàu theo hướng dẫn và yêu cầu của đơn vị giao nhận.
+ Prepare custom declaration, documents, C/O. Ensure to prepare accurately and finish before the shipping date. – Chuẩn bị chứng từ, khai báo hải quan, chứng nhận nguồn gốc xuất xứ; đảm bảo chứng từ chính xác và hoàn thành trước ngày giao hàng.
+Follow up customer’s instructions to finish all shipping document and sent to FWD or customer on time. – Tuân thủ hướng dẫn của khách hàng để chuẩn bị chứng từ xuất hàng và giao chứng từ cho khách hàng đúng thời hạn.
