During nearly 2 months of the Internal Train the trainer course for 2 modules On the Job Training and Classroom, we have discovered and found potential and impressive internal trainers.

With the Train the Trainer course, there have been certifications for 20 internal trainers with On the Job Training module and 16 certifications for the Classroom module, contributing to the development of quality and professional human resources training for the development of the factory.
