In order to show the factory’s concern towards the workers’ family, the Trade Union and the factory jointly launched a reward program for employees with good students.
With 229 gifts from the Trade Union Executive Board including notebooks, cash of VND 200.000 or more depending on the level of the grade, along with the factory 148 gifts including cross-bag, cash VND 400.000 for each child, contributed to encourage the spirit of learning and working of all employees and their children.
