Daily productivity report. monthly report

  • Monitor and report daily productivity for sewing lines based on PMS system, Hanger system and paper report.
  • Data entry and system monitoring.
  • Export data, send reports daily and monthly to Taiwan.

Calculation of incentive of sewing lines

  • Calculation of incentive for departments related with Production.
  • Make grade report the end of month.
  • Check working days and working hours.
  • Make reports on productivity incentive and send accounting on the 20th of every month and the end of the month.
  • Make estimated report for production department send to accouting.

Order and manage stationery

  • Monthly synthesizing stationery from production- related departments to approval of Production Manager.
  • Order stationery on MMS system.
  • Distribution and management of stationery.

Receive permits and overtime papers, personnel appointment form, probation evaluation and submit it to the Production Manager for Approval

  • Receive permits and overtime papers, and submit it to the Production Manager for approval on daily
  • Receive personnel appointment form and submit it to the Production Manager for approval weekly
  • Receive probation evaluation from HR, distribute to line, and submit it to the Production Manager for approval

Distribute form

  • Print and distribute overtime papers to line
  • Distribute form such as: personnel appointment form, disciplinary record, resignation form, attendance verification, employee gate pass, health check up…

 Report the number of people in line

  • Recieve attendance papers from line leader, report the number of people in line, the number of people absent to the Production Manager
  • Sumarize the quatity of overtime meal from production departments and submit to the Production Manager for approval.

  • Perform the other jobs from Production Manager.

Education/Major: College level or higher

Ability/Skill: Good communication skills.

Experience: One year in equivalent positions

Language: Communication of English or Chinese

Computer: Proficiency in Word, Excel
