Data analysis: Analyze data and conduct continuous improvement activities

Changeover: Increase changeover efficiency by observing and recording the changeover process in video, making changeover report to follow up the changeover status

Standardization: Standardize factory process, integrate SOP

LEAN: Implement LEAN project, improve 6S, reduce 7waste

Projects: Work as project coordinator and implement projects from customer

Automation: Utilize automation hardware and software

Report: Responsible for complete & on-time reports

  • Champion the implementation of all management systems and quality initiatives.

Education/ Major: Bachelor’s degree is a plus

Ability/ Skill: Formulate status report, Analytical skills,

Experience: Apparel industry experience. Knowledge in manufacturing machinery, automation, manufacturing process, LEAN concepts and analysis

Language: Communication of English or Chinese

Computer: Microsoft office skill (Word/PPT/Excel)
