I> JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Create and implement a fair and appropriate framework of disciplinary process through adjusting disciplinary policies following up-to-date legal regulations. – Xậy dưng và thực hiện quy chế kỷ luật thích hợp, công bằng và đảm bảo quy chế kỷ luật tuân thủ các quy định pháp luật.
• Recommend or suggest ideas to HR manager to strengthen employee and labor relations programs, policies and procedures to support employee development. – Đề xuất, đóng góp ý kiến với trưởng bộ phận nhân sự để thay đổi, cải tiến, nâng cao tính hiệu quả của các chương trình, chính sách liên quan đến quan hệ lao động với NLĐ, qua đó giúp đỡ sự phát triển bản thân của NLĐ.

II>  JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge in labor law – Kiến thức về luật lao động
• Knowledge in industrial relation – Kiến thức về quan hệ lao động
• Proficient in MS office – Thành thạo tin học văn phòng
• Integrity and honesty – Liêm chính, trung thực
• Proficient in oral and communication skills – Kỹ năng giao tiếp
