PPS approval

  • Prepare all the documents and samples for checking.
  • Check workmanship and measurements and cutomer comments against BOM, Samples.
  • Hold PP meeting with all related departments.
  • Keep record of every details of PPS mistakes and key points
  • Summarize all the PPS mistakes weekly in PPT.
  • Follow up the sewing line quality points mentioned in PP meeting.

Pre final

  • Check the workmanship and measurement when produced 10%-20%
  • Feedback to sewing line leaders and get their signature on report.

Daily inline follow up

  • Daily random check the quality on line
  • Check product safety and tools control, work with QMS auditor.


  • Prepare all documents for final inspection
  • Conduct the AQL inspection timely according to leaders’ assignment.
  • Report to top management when exceptions happen
  • Record all AQL defects in PPT

PMS implementation

  • Prepare AQL report timely and accurately.
  • Monitor lab test report.

Quality Management: Conduct quality audit for all products and production process; suggest ideas/plan for quality improvement to ensure all output quality meet company’s and buyers’ quality standards.

Audit and monitor quality

  • Conduct inline/pre-final/final audit; give result and feedback.
  • Correct wrong operations to fix any issues occurred in early stage.
  • Coordinate with supervisors of any functional team to ensure quality consistency.
  • Facilitate and monitor third party inspection.
  • PP meeting, handover.
  • PP sample and comments review.
  • Check and approve trim card/mockup/first output for bulk production.
  • Response and take actions quickly in case of quality issues or defect found during inline audit.


  • Ensures to provide sufficient training, coaching, mentoring for operators, QC, and line leader in terms of product characteristics, attributes and quality control checking/testing based on the current standard/procedures.
  • Revise and renew training on a regular basis to ensure trainees can access the most updated information/knowledge.

Claim cost reduction: Ensures the implementation of continuous improvement program on the reduction to defective return.

Ability/ Skill: Communication

Experience: 1 years and more

Language: Communication of English

Computer: Microsoft office skill (Word/PPT/Excel)
