Monitors and controls machine parts and maintenance tools
- Monitors and controls the sufficient supply of all machine parts; ensures that parts and supplies needed are sufficient; ensures the accurate and proper monitoring and control of disbursement.
- Monitor and control machine parts; properly check quantity and quality of parts; ensure to disburse parts accurately and timely.
- Prepares the summary report for daily and monthly of machine parts consumption;
- Updates data of machine parts into the PMS; ensures the accurate and regular updating of machine maintenance program.
- Monitor technicians’ tools; responsible in checking & monitoring of the tools which belongs to VMD issued on technicians, and check the status of returning.
Monitors and control needles
- Provides sewing lines with the correct type of needles by following line leaders’ instruction.
- Takes back broken needles; ensures to collect all broken parts.
- Prepares report of using needles and broken needles; report the line which has high rate of broken needles to the VMD manager.
