Plans and monitors production schedule
- Prepare the sewing schedule; ensure to complete schedule timely and accurately.
- Update sewing schedule in PMS.
- Monitor production progress; ensure to make possible adjustments to schedule based on actual progress and material progress.
- Make the shipment schedule, follow up shipment schedule and shipment status.
- Monitor and report productivity among lines.
- Daily update sketch for all style.
- Daily close the finished shipment and inform the relevant sections
- Production changeover reporting.
- Ensure timely and properly response to concerns related to production schedule.
Production incentive report: Assists the production clerk in computation of production incentives.
Monitors production shipment schedule: Responsible in reporting the updated production shipment schedule; ensures all the relevant sections are timely informed
Email communication: Ensures all emails are replied properly and timely.
